For transactions managed through Candex, purchase orders and invoices are processed via the Candex platform rather than the Coupa Supplier Portal.

Standard Galderma purchasing terms and conditions continue to apply, with payment terms of Net 30 days.

How it works

When Galderma places an order through Candex, here is what happens on your side.

You receive a notification
You will first receive an email from your Galderma contact letting you know that a Candex purchase order is on its way. Shortly after, you will receive an email from Candex with the details of your order and an invitation to register.

Register on Candex and accept the order
Click the link in the Candex email to register your account. Registration takes only a few minutes — you will provide your bank details and tax information so that payment can be made directly to you. Once registered, you can view and accept the purchase order.

Submit your invoice through Candex
Once your goods or services have been delivered, upload your invoice directly in the Candex platform for up to the authorised order amount. Please note that your invoice should be addressed to Candex — not to Galderma directly.

Receive payment
Candex verifies your invoice and invoices Galderma on your behalf. Once Candex receives payment from Galderma, funds are remitted to you promptly. You can track the status of your invoice and payment at any time through your Candex account.
Important: Your invoice must be addressed to Candex — not to Galderma. All other terms and conditions remain Galderma's standard purchasing terms.

Candex

All Candex transactions are set to Net 30 payment terms. Payment will be made within 30 days of Candex receiving your invoice, provided the goods or services have been delivered.

No. Galderma's standard terms and conditions for purchasing continue to apply. Candex is only the platform through which the order and invoice are processed — your commercial relationship with Galderma is unchanged.

Your invoice must be addressed to Candex — not to Galderma. This is required for the payment process to work correctly. Candex will then invoice Galderma on your behalf.
